Orders & Payment
- Prices are listed in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).
- International buyers cover their own taxes and duties.
- Orders are only confirmed after full payment.
- We may cancel an order if stock runs out, prices are incorrect, or misuse is suspected.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–3 working days after payment.
Delivery time:
- Malaysia: 3–7 working days
- Overseas: 7–21 working days
- We’re not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
- Accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
- Small handmade differences are not defects.
- You must request a return within 7 days.
- Return postage is covered by the buyer unless it was our mistake.
